10. Web-shop Purchases – Shipping, Delivery, and Returns.
Shipping
We ship anywhere in Canada and the United States, and select international countries. All products ship within 5-7 business days. Delivery times depend upon the destination.
All orders and shipments are confirmed by email for your convenience. You will receive an email confirmation when your package has shipped. Please be sure to check your email’s spam filter before contacting us as these automated messages can be erroneously flagged as spam.
Shipping costs are calculated based on zone rates set by the Canada Postal Service.
We offer several different shipping methods to meet your delivery needs. Your shipping and handling charges are summarized at checkout.
Your items may arrive in different shipments. Depending on the type, quantity and weight of items in your order, we may pack and ship them in different packages to ensure they arrive on time and undamaged. You will never be charged more for shipping and handling than what appears at checkout.
We do our best to ensure your delivery arrives on time. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed and there may be a number of unforeseen reasons why your items will arrive after the estimated arrival date. Customs clearance, credit card authorization and verification, issues to designs or media may all delay delivery of your order.
Shipping to the US
Items shipped internationally may incur customs duties and import tax. Please note that additional charges for customs clearance may be collected and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We will charge your credit card in Canadian dollars. We recommend you check with your credit card company regarding any charges you may incur for currency conversion.

Delivery
Orders are normally dispatched within 72 hours of the order being placed.
Delivery in Canada should take 5-7 business days. Outdoor Vancouver is not responsible for any delays by the clients selected Courier or Canada Post.
Delivery in the United States should take 7-10 business days.
Shipping to Europe and overseas can take up to 4 weeks.
Exchanges & Refunds
Please carefully check the sizing chart on the product page to make sure you are ordering the correct size shirt. Unworn and unwashed shirts may be exchanged for another size within 14 days (depending on size availability). The customer is responsible for return-shipping costs on exchanges. We will cover the cost to send you the replacement item. Or, if you are located in the Vancouver area, we can try to accommodate in-person exchange.
Items deemed to have a manufacturers defect or other defect not associated to normal wear, tear, or damage from abuse or misuse can also be returned, within 30 days, at the discretion of Outdoor Vancouver.
Exchanges will only be accepted with a valid RMA number (return merchandise authorization #). Please contact us to discuss whether the goods qualify for an exchange. No exchanges or refunds will take place without a RMA# (Return Authorization Number).
